Unreturned Missed Call Report
The Unreturned Missed Call Report allows businesses to track, monitor, and analyze their missed inbound calls effectively. It focuses not only on missed calls but also on whether those calls were returned, providing insights into whether the follow-up callback action was taken (marked as “Returned”) or if the call was still unresolved (“Unreturned”). This dual focus helps businesses ensure that no customer interaction is overlooked.
The report includes full call detail records and can be customized with various data filters. These filters allow users to specify:
-
The Missed Call Type: Not Answered, Abandoned, or Busy
-
The Callback Status: “Returned” or “Unreturned”
-
The original Call Destination, custom Time Periods, and more
You can export the filtered data for further analysis. Additionally, the report can be scheduled for periodic delivery via email in PDF or CSV formats, ensuring easy access and review across devices.
Enhanced Phone Auto Provisioning
More configuration items in your phone auto-provisioning! This update adds the following new support to allow greater customization and flexibility. You can now:
- Generate random phone passwords and assign them to your auto-provisioning phones in one click.
- Set up phone wallpapers and screensavers via phone auto-provisioning template. The image files should be uploaded to the resource repository.
- Set up custom ringtones for DECT phones via phone auto-provisioning template.
- Set up VLAN via phone auto-provisioning template
For more details about P-Series’ phone auto-provisioning feature, please refer to the phone configuration guide.
Optimized Installation Wizard for P-Series Software Edition
The P-Series Software Edition (PSE) now supports initializing a new installation using an existing PBX backup file. Simply upload the backup during the PBX installation wizard, and the configurations will be automatically mapped. During the process, you can choose whether to map your existing PBX license and FQDN settings to the new installation.
This optimization is particularly useful for the following use cases:
- Platform Migration: Easily migrate your existing PSE to a new platform by restoring your PBX backup file with license information, avoiding the time and hassles of getting the PBX reactivation code.
- Use Backup as Provisioning Template: Use backup files as configuration templates. Prepare basic configurations on one system and restore them on another PBX. This enables rapid replication of functionalities.
Important Note: You can only use a PSE backup file to initialize a new PSE installation, otherwise the installation may fail.
More Optimizations
- Quickly locate contacts on Linkus UC Clients by searching not just by name or number, but also by remarks. This added support allows you to find contacts more efficiently using any associated notes or comments.
- Extended image/file storage time for internal/external chat to 72 hours.
- Support to set up a default label for outbound DOD
- Enhanced system security with bug fixes
